i have been using diaryland for six years,
and while many features have been added since then,
the site's overall design has not been overhauled.

witness diaryland's member area navigation menu:
lengthy, poorly organized and ugly as hell.
patched together item by item over the years,
it has slowly fallen into a state of disrepair.
